Settings has five tabs. General, Team and Connections are visible to everyone; Billing is owner-only; Activity is for owners and managers.
General
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Workspace name | What it is called. 2 to 60 characters. |
| Display currency | The symbol on your figures. Amounts are not converted. |
| Time zone | Where every month, day and chart bucket starts. Automatic follows your marketplace. |
| Refund losses count in | Arrival month or order month. Which month a refund counts in. |
| Warehouse inventory | On imports your full listing catalogue. Importing your eBay listings. |
| Orders held from | Read-only here; it moves in Connections. Your start date. |
Saving needs the owner. If you are a manager you can read this page but not save it.
Connections
Your eBay accounts: connecting, reconnecting, disconnecting, Sync now, your start date, and the badge telling you whether each account is healthy. See connecting your eBay account.
Activity
The last 100 notable actions in the workspace — who did what, when. The description sets the standard: "Removing orders, disconnecting eBay, team changes: if it changes your books or your access, it is recorded here and cannot be edited."
What appears there includes:
- Connected, disconnected, or "eBay withdrew access — reconnect needed"
- Invited, removed, or changed a team member's role; a team member joined
- Added or removed a stock batch
- Changed workspace settings
- Changed a buying price on an already-reported order
- Settled a cancelled order; processed an eBay account closure; restored orders to the books
Baiord's own automatic actions are attributed to "automatic", and someone whose account has since gone shows as "account since deleted" rather than vanishing from the record. Destructive actions are tinted so they stand out.
Deleting a workspace
Owner only, in the Danger zone. You type the workspace name to confirm, and the button stays disabled until it matches exactly.
- Disconnect its eBay account first. A workspace with a live eBay account cannot be deleted from here.
- An active subscription blocks it too. Cancel the plan or contact support.
- Your trading history is not destroyed. The workspace stops being visible to every member, but the orders and costs remain — hard deletion of trading history is not something a button does. Support can restore it if it was a mistake.
Deleting a linked workspace frees its slot on the plan.
Deleting your account
Deleting a workspace is not the same as deleting your account. There is no self-serve account deletion — email support@baiord.com and we will remove your account and everything in it.
