The short version: Baiord reads your eBay sales and fees, you add what you paid your supplier, and real profit computes itself.
Baiord answers one question that eBay itself cannot: what did you actually make?

LiveBaiord in one minute, playing on its own: a sale arrives from eBay with its fees already on it. You add the one thing eBay cannot know — what you paid your supplier — and the profit is there, on the order and on the dashboard.
eBay knows what you sold something for and what it charged you in fees. It has no idea what you paid your supplier for it. So eBay can show you revenue, and it can show you payouts, but it can never show you profit. That gap is the whole reason Baiord exists.
How the pieces fit
Baiord imports from eBay. Orders, the fees eBay took, refunds, returns, disputes, postage labels, account charges and payouts — pulled from the official eBay Sell APIs, on a schedule, with no spreadsheets and no copy-paste.
You add one number per order. What you paid your supplier. That is the only manual input in the product, and there are several ways to enter it in bulk rather than one at a time.
Everything else computes. Profit per order, margin, profit by product, by supplier, by day, by month; your monthly P&L; your reports. Nothing waits on you to press recalculate.
What Baiord will not do
Baiord's access to your eBay account is read-only, by design and by the permissions it asks eBay for. It cannot relist an item, change a price, message a buyer, issue a refund, print a label or end a listing. It reads your data and does arithmetic on it.
This is worth knowing for a different reason too: if a figure in Baiord looks wrong, Baiord cannot have changed anything on eBay to cause it. The fix is always in Baiord.
What you need before you start
An eBay seller account. Baiord reads the marketplace it is registered on and works out your currency and time zone from that.
Nothing else. No eBay developer keys, no API setup, no CSV export. Connecting is a sign-in on eBay's own site.
