Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and KEASKILL LTD (company 14977083, registered in England & Wales at 71 Victoria Crescent, Eccles, Manchester, England, M30 9AN — "we", "us") for using Baiord at baiord.com and app.baiord.com. By creating an account you accept them. They are written to be read.

1. What Baiord is

Baiord is profit analytics for eBay sellers. It connects to your eBay account through eBay's official authorization, reads your orders, fees, payouts and returns, combines them with the costs you enter, and shows you what you actually earn. Baiord's access to eBay is read-only: it never creates, changes or cancels listings, prices or orders.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate details and keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens under your login. If you want your VA or accountant in your workspace, invite them with their own login and role — do not share yours.
• You must be able to enter contracts (18 or over, or the legal age where you live) and use Baiord for business, not consumer, purposes.

3. Plans, billing and cancellation

• Plans. Solo covers one connected eBay account, Multi covers three, and Custom is whatever we agree in writing. Orders are unlimited on every plan, subject to fair use (below).
• Payment. Subscriptions are billed in US dollars, monthly or yearly in advance, by card through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout; where we are not VAT-registered no VAT is added, and if that changes we will say so before it affects you.
• Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
• Failed payments. If a charge fails we retry and keep your access up briefly while we do; if payment cannot be collected, access is suspended until it is.
• Price changes. We can change prices for future periods with reasonable notice by email. Existing paid-up time is never repriced.
• Refunds. If something is wrong, write to support@baiord.com and we will be reasonable. Nothing in these terms removes rights the law gives you that cannot be excluded.

4. Fair use

"Unlimited orders" means we do not meter your selling. It does not cover automated abuse, scraping, reselling access, or synthetic workloads designed to stress the service. If a workspace's usage is so far outside normal selling that it degrades the service for others, we will contact you and agree a way forward before doing anything about it.

5. Your data

• Your trading data and bookkeeping are yours. We claim no ownership of them, and you can export your orders and profit as CSV at any time.
• You grant us permission to process that data to run the service — that is the whole point — as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Disconnecting eBay stops the flow of new data; deleting your account, or closing your eBay account, removes what came from it as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not: break the law with the service; try to access other customers' data; probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service; resell or white-label it without a written agreement; or use it to violate eBay's own terms. We may suspend accounts that do, and will tell you why.

7. The affiliate programme

Referring customers through the affiliate programme has its own short terms, shown when you apply inside the app. They sit alongside these.

8. Accuracy, availability and what Baiord is not

• Baiord's figures are built from what eBay reports and what you enter. We reconcile from eBay's own ledger precisely because estimates lie — but if eBay's data is late, wrong or revised, your figures follow it, and figures depending on costs you enter are only as right as those costs.
• We aim for the service to be fast and always on, and we do not promise it will never have an outage. Planned work and incidents are kept as short as we can make them.
• Baiord is a bookkeeping and analytics tool. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice; for those, use a professional who knows your situation.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded (such as for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence). Subject to that: we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data arising from your trading decisions; and our total liability under this agreement is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. This reflects the price of the service: a $14.99 subscription is not an insurance policy for a trading business.

10. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or end accounts that break these terms, after telling you what is wrong unless the breach makes that impossible. On closure, data handling follows the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will give you notice by email or in the app before the change applies. Continuing to use Baiord after that means you accept the new terms; if you do not, cancel and you will not be charged again.

12. The legal frame

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stands. These terms plus the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy are the whole agreement between us about the service.
