Support

How can we help?

Baiord is supported by the same small team that builds it. Write to us and a person reads it — usually the one who wrote the part you are asking about.

Email us

support@baiord.com

No account needed, and you can write from any address. Tell us the email your account is under, or your eBay username, and we can find you.

Signed in, open Support and start a ticket. We can already see your account, so you rarely have to explain your setup. Replies appear on that page and in your email.

Response times

When you will hear back.

These are the targets we hold ourselves to for a first reply, counted from the moment your message arrives. The clock stops when a person answers — not when a ticket is closed — and a ticket answered late is recorded as late.

Common questions

The things people ask most often.

I can't sign in.

Use Forgot your password and we'll email you a reset link. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then write to us — we can confirm which address your account is under.

My orders haven't appeared.

Orders arrive within minutes of a sale, around the clock, and recent history imports on its own once you connect. If nothing is coming in, open Settings → Connections: an eBay connection that needs re-authorising says so there, and reconnecting starts the flow again.

A fee or my profit looks wrong.

Fees come from eBay's own financial ledger, and eBay settles some of them after the sale — so a very recent order can show fewer fees than it eventually carries. When eBay adjusts a fee, your profit follows. If a figure still looks wrong after a day, email us the order number and we'll trace it line by line.

How do I connect my eBay account?

In Baiord, go to Settings → Connections and choose Connect eBay. You approve the connection on eBay's own site — we never see your eBay password — and access is read-only.

Which eBay sites does Baiord work with?

eBay stores in 18 countries, including the US, UK, Germany, Australia, Canada, France, Italy and Spain. Baiord reads your store's marketplace from eBay and sets the currency for you.

Can Baiord change anything in my eBay account?

No. The access you grant is read-only: Baiord makes no call that alters a listing, changes a price or touches an order. You can withdraw it at any time from your eBay account settings or from Settings → Connections.

How do I cancel?

Settings → Billing, in a couple of clicks. You keep access until the end of what you have paid for, and your data stays yours.

Something else?

Write to support@baiord.com. Tell us what you expected to see and what you saw instead, with an order number if it is about one — that is usually enough for us to answer properly the first time.

Your data

Taking it with you, or taking it down.

Export everything

Your orders and profit export as CSV from Reports, whenever you want them, for as long as your account is open.

Disconnect eBay

In Settings → Connections. New data stops arriving and the books you have built stay — or remove the connection together with its history.

Delete a workspace

In Settings → Danger zone. It disappears for everyone in it; tell us quickly if it was a mistake and we can restore it.

Close your account

Email support@baiord.com and we will delete your account and the data behind it. If you close your eBay account, everything that came from it is erased automatically.

What we hold, why, and how long for is set out in the Privacy Policy.
