Three plans. Orders are unlimited on all of them — deliberately and permanently. What differs is how many eBay accounts you can connect.
| Plan | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Solo | One eBay account. Unlimited orders. |
| Multi | Three eBay accounts, each in its own workspace. Unlimited orders. |
| Custom | As many eBay accounts as agreed. Priced individually — get in touch. |
Every plan includes full profit, fee and refund tracking. There is no feature held back for a higher tier.
Current prices are on the pricing section of the home page, monthly or yearly, with two months free on yearly. Your Billing page shows what you are on and what renews when.
Changing plan
- Open Settings → Billing. Owner only.
- Pick Monthly or Yearly.
- Press Choose Solo or Choose Multi. Checkout opens.
After paying you come back to a confirmation: "Payment received — thank you. Your subscription may take a few seconds to appear below while Stripe confirms it." If you cancel at checkout, nothing is charged and Baiord says so.
Cards, receipts and cancelling
All three live in Stripe's own portal, reached from Manage billing, cards and invoices on your Billing page. That is where you change card, download receipts, or cancel.
Cancelling keeps your data and stops syncing at the end of the period you have already paid for. Your plan then shows as "cancelling at the end of this period", and the date line changes from "renews" to "ends".
Receipts come from Stripe, not from Baiord. There is no invoice list inside the app — if you need an invoice in a particular format for your accounts, ask support.
If a payment fails
A red bar appears: "Your last payment was declined. If you have topped up or changed your card, retry it now — otherwise we try again automatically." The Retry payment button runs it immediately rather than waiting for the next automatic attempt.
Usage
The Usage card shows eBay accounts used against your limit, across all your workspaces, and orders this month — with "Orders are unlimited on every plan" written underneath so the number is clearly information rather than a meter.
What a linked workspace is
On Multi, one workspace holds the subscription and up to two more are linked to it. Each has its own eBay account and its own separate books; they are only joined for billing.
- A linked workspace inherits the plan and expiry of the paying one, so they renew and lapse together.
- It cannot buy or change a plan. Its Billing page says which workspace covers it and links you there.
- It does not share the team. Members are per workspace, so a teammate has to be invited into each one.
Adding a workspace
From the workspace switcher at the top of the page — Add a workspace for another eBay account — or from the Usage card on Billing. Name it after the eBay account it will hold.
Where there is no room, Baiord tells you why instead of showing a form that can only fail:
- On a trial: "A trial covers one eBay account. Subscribe to Multi to add a workspace for each of your other accounts."
- On Solo: "Your Solo plan covers one eBay account. Move up to Multi to add a workspace for another account."
- On Multi, full: "Your Multi plan covers 3 eBay accounts, and all 3 workspaces exist. Get in touch to add more."
- Lapsed: "Your plan has ended. Renew it to add another workspace."
VAT
Prices are the whole price. The footer on your Billing page states the position outright — Baiord is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
