1. It is before your start date
The most common cause by a wide margin. Baiord holds orders from your start date onwards; anything eBay created before it stays out permanently, and no refund or fee change later brings it in.
Check Settings → Connections — the card reads "Orders held from {date}". You can move it earlier, as far back as 89 days.
2. It only just happened
Orders sync every five minutes. Press Sync now in Connections if you cannot wait.
3. Your eBay connection needs reconnecting
If eBay has withdrawn access, nothing new arrives at all. The sidebar says "eBay: reconnect needed" in red, and you will have had an email. Reconnecting takes thirty seconds and backfills everything that was missed.
4. Your plan has lapsed
Syncing pauses a few days after a plan or trial ends. The sidebar says "eBay: sync paused" and Connections shows a banner. Nothing is lost — renew and it picks up where it stopped.
5. The history import is still running
After moving a start date, a large import can take up to about 45 minutes. The box at the bottom right shows it live with a running count. Orders arrive first and fees follow; there is nothing to re-import.
What is NOT the cause
- You will not have created duplicates by re-syncing. Every row is keyed on eBay's own identifier, so a repeat import updates rather than adds.
- Disconnecting with "Keep its orders" does not remove them. If you chose "Remove its orders", reconnecting the account brings them back.
- Deleting a workspace does not destroy orders — ask support to restore it.
An order that is there but not in your figures
Different problem. See profit looks wrong, or Orders → Outside the figures, which lists exactly which orders a month does not count and why.
