LiveThe trial, playing on its own: the days left sit in the top bar on every page and turn amber near the end. When it ends nothing is deleted — your figures wait behind a card — and Choose a plan takes you to Billing.
Where you are in it
A pill in the top bar on every page reads Trial · 18 days left. From three days out it turns amber and a reminder appears on the dashboard once per sign-in. Your Billing page always shows the exact date.
If you ever want the authoritative number, that countdown is it — not this page.
What happens when it ends
Nothing is deleted. Not your orders, not your buying prices, not your months. This is the first thing people ask and the answer does not change.
Three things happen, in this order:
The dashboard asks you to choose a plan. A card appears over it — "Your free trial has ended" — with your figures still visible behind it. The wording is honest about it: "Nothing has been lost — your orders are still syncing and your numbers are right behind this card."
Orders keep arriving for a few more days. There is a short grace period after the trial date before syncing stops, so a weekend or a slow invoice does not cost you data.
Then syncing pauses. New eBay orders stop importing. Everything already imported stays exactly as it is, readable and correct.
Subscribe at any point — including months later — and syncing picks up where it left off. Your workspace is not reset and you do not start again.
One real limit: eBay only serves fees, refunds and payouts for about 90 days. If an account is paused for longer than that, the fees for the gap are gone from eBay's side and cannot be recovered. Baiord tells you so rather than quietly averaging — see eBay fees.
Who can subscribe
Only the workspace owner. A non-owner sees "Only the workspace owner can choose a plan — ask them to open Billing."
One eBay account during the trial
A trial covers one eBay account. If you trade on several, you will need the Multi plan to give each one its own workspace. Baiord says so rather than letting you build something it then has to take away.
