    See what you really made

Every fee is reconciled from eBay's own ledger and attached to its order. Per order, per product, per month — profit that adds up, without a spreadsheet.

Reconciles with your eBay financial ledger line for line · Works with eBay stores in 18 countries

The problem

You sold 40 items today.
eBay says you took $1,200.
So how much did you make?

Final value fees, the fixed per-order fee, promoted listing charges, international fees, insertion fees, your store subscription, shipping labels, refunds, what you paid your supplier — eBay scatters them across three screens and a monthly invoice, attached to nothing.

So sellers run on gut feeling. And gut feeling is how you keep selling an item for months without noticing that after ad fees it loses $0.40 every time.

Baiord attaches every cost to the exact order it belongs to. Automatically.

True profit

Per order.
Down to the penny.

Fees aren't estimated: they're reconciled from eBay's own financial ledger, the same one your payouts come from. Orders arrive within minutes of the sale — no importing, no CSVs, no “sync now” button.

Dashboard & insights

Answers, not exports.

Today, this week, this month or any range — revenue, fees, ad spend, refunds and net profit at a glance. And Baiord tells you what you'd otherwise find out too late: a product whose margin is quietly declining, a supplier whose prices have crept up, an item refunded too often.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do I need to give you my eBay password?

Never. You sign in on eBay's own site and eBay grants Baiord read access. Revoke it any time from your eBay settings.

How fast does it start working?

Your orders begin appearing within minutes of connecting. Recent history imports automatically, and fees reconcile as eBay settles them.

I have no idea what my product costs are anymore.

Start from today. Enter costs as new orders come in — the suggestions engine means you type each cost roughly once — and your picture builds itself forward.

Which eBay sites does it work with?

eBay stores in 18 countries — the US, UK, Germany, Australia, Canada, France, Italy, Spain and more. Baiord reads your store's marketplace from eBay and sets the currency for you (dollars, pounds, euros and the rest), and international sales are tracked alongside your domestic ones.

How accurate are the fees?

They aren't estimated. Every fee comes from eBay's own financial ledger — the one your payouts are calculated from — and Baiord reconciles with it line for line. When eBay adjusts a fee later, your profit adjusts with it.

Does it work with promoted listings?

Yes — ad fees are pulled from eBay's ledger and charged against the exact orders they belong to. For most sellers this is the number that changes everything.

I buy stock in batches at different prices. Can it handle that?

Yes. Record each batch with what you paid, and every sale draws its cost from the right batch in order. You're warned before a batch runs out.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 30 days, with one eBay account connected and every feature switched on. Pick a plan when it ends and nothing you entered is lost.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — from Settings → Billing, in a couple of clicks. You keep access until the end of what you've paid for, and your data stays yours.

Can my VA or accountant use it?

Yes — invite them with their own login and give them exactly the access their job needs.

What happens to my data if I disconnect?

Your books stay yours. Disconnecting stops new data coming in and keeps the orders and costs you've entered — or you can delete the history along with the connection. If you close your eBay account, what came from it is erased automatically.
