By default Baiord knows about the products you have sold, because products are built from orders. Turning on warehouse inventory imports your full active listing catalogue as well — including items that have never sold — with price, SKU, quantity available and sold, listing type and image.
Turning it on
It is a one-time question on the dashboard, for the workspace owner: "Do you want to manage your warehouse inventory in Baiord?" It is also in Settings → General as Warehouse inventory.
Turning it on adds the Listed on eBay and Not matched tabs, and the stock and stock-value columns, to your Products page. It needs a one-time eBay reconnect to grant listing access — see below.
Importing
Active listings sync on their own every 12 hours. To pull them now, the bar at the top of the Listed tab shows each eBay account, when its listings were last imported (or "never imported"), and a Sync listings button. Listings appear a few seconds later.
If it comes back empty
| Reason | Fix |
|---|---|
| Your connection predates listing access. eBay only grants a new permission on a fresh sign-in, so an account connected before Baiord read listings does not have it. | An amber warning says "Reconnect to grant listing access". Press Reconnect — about thirty seconds, and no data is affected. |
| Nothing has been imported yet. | Press Sync listings, or wait for the twice-daily pass. |
| It is the sample connection. Demo data has no real listings. | Connect a real eBay account. |
Listings are also skipped while an account needs reconnecting or the plan has lapsed.
How listings match your products
Each listing is matched to a product by SKU first, then eBay item number. A match Baiord makes automatically sets the link; a match you make by hand survives every later import, so a correction is never undone.
A matched listing's stock counts on that product's row, and its unit cost defaults to the product's last buying price.
A listing Baiord stops seeing is marked ended rather than deleted, so what you once listed stays part of your history.
Not matched
Active listings with no product row yet. Products come from orders, so anything that has never sold has none. Use Create products to make them all at once, or match one by hand to a product you already have.
