The Baiord app signs in with the same email and password as the web app. There is nothing separate to set up and no code to copy across.
What it covers
The same ground as the web app, against the same data: your dashboard, orders and buying prices, refunds and returns, products and stock, suppliers, expenses, reports, insights, your activity feed and your finances. Anything you do on the phone is immediately true on the web, because it is one account and one set of books.
Your role applies identically. A VA on the app sees exactly what a VA sees on the web.
Staying signed in
The app keeps you signed in rather than asking every time. A device that goes unused for 60 days is signed out; any use renews it.
Each sign-in is its own session, so signing out on your phone does not disturb your desktop.
Signing out everywhere
The avatar menu on the web has Sign out of all devices. It is comprehensive — every phone and every browser, including the one you are using. Use it if a device is lost.
Changing your password does the same thing, on purpose: every other session dies and only the device that changed it stays signed in.
Push notifications
Covered in notifications and alerts, and worth repeating because it surprises people: most alerts are muted on your phone by default. Out of the box only a high refund rate, an eBay reconnect and platform messages reach you. Turn on the rest in the app's own notification settings.
A push banner carries the alert, the workspace name as its subtitle — so a manager across several workspaces knows whose alert it is — and taps straight through to the right screen.
Your password
You can change your password from the app. On the web, use Forgot password from the sign-in screen. See password and account security.
