Check your email

If an account exists for patik@patikstore.com, a reset link is on its way. It works once and expires in an hour.

Back to sign in

LiveAccount security, playing on its own: Sign out of all devices ends every session at once — every browser and phone, this one included. Forgot your password? The sign-in page sends a reset link that works once and expires in an hour.

Resetting a forgotten password

  1. Press Forgot password on the sign-in screen.
  2. Enter your email. You get a "Check your email" confirmation either way — Baiord does not tell a stranger whether an address has an account.
  3. Open the link and choose a new password: at least 8 characters, with a letter and a number.

Changing a password you know

Change it in the mobile app, or use Forgot password on the web. Either way it needs access to your email or your current password, which is the point.

A successful change signs out every other session — every browser and every phone except the device that made the change. That is deliberate: if you are changing a password because you are worried, the change should end anyone else's access at the same moment.

Signing out everywhere

The avatar menu, top right: Sign out of all devices. It covers every device including the one you are on.

Too many attempts

Sign-in attempts are rate-limited — "Too many sign-in attempts. Please wait a few minutes and try again." A few minutes is literal, and a successful sign-in clears the counter. The mobile app shares the same limit, so there is no side door around it.

What Baiord holds about your eBay account

  • Not your eBay password. You type that on eBay's own site; eBay hands Baiord a token.
  • Tokens, encrypted, permitting only the read-only access you approved.
  • You can withdraw that access at any time — from Baiord, or from eBay's own third-party app permissions.

Changing your email address

Not self-serve: changing the address an account signs in with needs re-verification rather than a field edit. Email support@baiord.com.

Deleting your account

Also not self-serve. Email support and we will remove your account and everything in it. Deleting a workspace is a different thing and you can do that yourself.

More in Account, plan and team

Your free trialWhat the trial includes, how you know where you are in it, and exactly what happens when it ends. Nothing is deleted. Plans and billingWhat each plan covers, how to change it, where invoices and cards live, and what a linked workspace is. Your team and what each role can seeFive roles, the exact permission table, and how to invite someone. A VA can price orders without seeing your profit. Workspace settings and activityEvery setting, what it changes, and the activity log that records anything affecting your books or your access.

Still stuck? A person reads every message.

Email support@baiord.com

Baiord connects to eBay through eBay's developer APIs with read-only permissions, approved on eBay's own sign-in page. It cannot list, end or reprice an item, message a buyer, issue a refund or move money, and it never sees your eBay password. You can withdraw its access at any time, from Baiord or from your eBay account.

Profit is what eBay reports — the sale, the postage your buyer paid, any discount you gave and every fee eBay charged — less the buying price you enter, with refunds, fee credits and supplier refunds on the order they belong to. Sales tax and VAT that eBay collects and remits are neither revenue nor cost. An order without a buying price is left out of profit until it has one.

Days and months start at midnight in your workspace's time zone — the zone eBay cuts your statements in, set from your marketplace. A refund counts in the month it arrived unless you choose the month of the original order.

Prices are in US dollars and are the whole price; no VAT is added. Each eBay account has its own workspace, so two sets of books never mix: Solo covers one account, Multi covers three.

Features are subject to change. Some features, such as Finance, are switched on per workspace.
