What disconnecting stops, the choice you are given about the orders already imported, and what comes back if you reconnect.
Disconnecting stops Baiord importing from that eBay account. It does not touch anything on eBay — your listings, orders and payouts are unaffected, because Baiord's access was read-only in the first place.

1,284 orders from disconnected accounts
These came from eBay accounts that were disconnected with their orders kept. They still count on your dashboard and in your reports, along with those accounts' eBay charges. Removing them clears both, and keeps any order you added a buying price or note to.

Orders held from 15 Oct 2026
Orders eBay created before this date stay out of Baiord for good — a fee change or a refund on one never brings it in. Orders already held keep updating whatever their date. The date can move earlier, never later.

No eBay account connected
Connect your eBay seller account to import orders, fees, refunds and returns automatically. Baiord only ever reads your data.
Connect eBay account
Disconnect patik_store?
Baiord stops importing from this account. Choose what happens to the orders it already brought in.
Remove its orders takes them, and the account's own eBay charges such as its store subscription, out of your dashboard and reports. Orders you added a buying price or note to are kept. Everything else comes back from eBay if you connect the account again.
Keep its orders leaves them in this workspace, still counted in your totals.
Keep its ordersRemove its orders
LiveDisconnecting, playing on its own: the dialog asks what should happen to the orders already imported. Keep its orders leaves them counted in your figures; Remove its orders takes them out, except any you priced or noted. Either way nothing on eBay changes.
The choice you are given
Settings → Connections → the bin icon → "Disconnect {username}?". Baiord then asks what should happen to the orders it already brought in, and this is the part worth reading before you press anything:
Option
What happens
Keep its orders
The orders stay in the workspace and keep counting in your profit, months and reports. Nothing new imports. This is the right choice if those months are part of your books.
Remove its orders
The orders go, along with that account's own eBay charges such as its store subscription. Orders carrying a buying price or a note are kept — Baiord will not throw away work you typed. Everything removed comes back if you reconnect the account.
Removing orders changes past month totals, because those orders were part of them. If you have already reported a month, keep the orders.
Reconnecting afterwards
Reconnecting the same eBay account re-imports from your workspace's start date, so anything that was removed comes back and anything that was kept is simply refreshed. Buying prices on kept orders are still there.
Orders left behind
If you disconnected with Keep its orders and later change your mind, the connections page shows a card — "{n} orders from disconnected accounts" — with a Remove them button. Same rules: orders with a buying price or a note stay.
Withdrawing access from eBay's side
You can also remove Baiord from your eBay third-party application permissions. That stops the imports just as effectively, but Baiord finds out the next time it tries to sync and marks the account reconnect needed rather than disconnected — so you get the alert and the email. If you mean to leave, disconnect in Baiord; it is the tidier door.
